With the purchase of the plugin you will get one year of updates and support. After this period of time you can continue using the plugin but you will receive no further updates and no support.
When your order is placed you will be able to download the plugin from the account page via our partner. You can continue downloading the plugin from there also when your license is not valid anymore, but you will get no more updated versions.
Support
Support is available through the helpdesk with online documentation and email assistance.
Site domains and test instances
Usage rights depends on the amount of included site licenses:
- 1 site license is for one domain (live site) and your test instances such as dev or staging
- 5 site license is for five domains (live sites) and your test instances such as dev or staging
